We are pleased to introduce our company to your organization. Rejennis GC is a company duly registered with the CAC of Nigeria in June 2009, RC 821815, with the prime objective of offering quality and innovative maintenance solutions.

Our primary focus was the maintenance and repairs of building supporting infrastructures such as the cooling systems, electrical and mechanical installations. But we have so far broadened our service offerings to encompass facility management which we render either as an integrated bundle or as single offering depending on our customers’ desire. We also make additions and alterations to dwellings; install necessary accessories like surveillance and power back-up systems and other facility services like pest control, home
appliance repairs and landscaping. We know organizations and home-owners in Nigeria are faced with enormous issues from dealing with multiple people in the course of maintaining their facilities and its supporting infrastructure. We recognize this unique opportunity for us to serve you as a single point
of accountability. Our clients vary from
individuals to corporate organizations, people in the diaspora, Schools, Hospitals and Hotels. We play to raise the bar, as we make your facilities project your desired image. We are confident that our proposed services will effectively

What We Do:

We offer integrated facility management of properties for people in the diaspora, the government, corporate offices, company guest houses, private residence, estates etc. We do individual one-off services like post construction clean-up, fumigation etc.

How We Do it:

Our operations largely encompass services required to assure your entire built environment and the supporting infrastructure (like your utility systems, parking lots, roads, drainage structures and grounds) will perform the functions it was designed for. This typically includes the day-to-day or scheduled activities to provide the best solution within the agreed scope of work, ensuring the best possible derivable benefits. The objective is to do a “walk-through” of your facilities to identify potential run-down.

Conditions such as:

  • Peeling paint and plasters
  • Inadequate lighting and ventilation,
  • Inoperative cooling systems
  • Nonfunctioning toilets. (most fast-food and
    gas stations in Nigeria have sanitary facilities in
    despicable conditions)
  • Faulty electrical and plumbing fittings

This is ultimately to provide you a hassle-free facility that meets the comfort, health and safety needs of the occupants. Our monthly “walk-through” produces a detailed condition assessment report. The implementation of the report – with your approval – will be scheduled exercises on preventive, predictive or corrective maintenance as the case may be.

Preventive Maintenance (PM) consists of a series of time-based maintenance requirements that provide a basis for planning, scheduling, and executing scheduled maintenance.
Corrective maintenance (Repair) is a repair necessary to return the equipment to properly functioning condition or service and may be either planned or unplanned. Some equipment, at the end of its service life, may warrant overhauling.
Routine visits are scheduled detailing calendar dates for inspection by specialists of whatever services are required which may include adjusting, lubricating, cleaning, and/or replacing components.
